General Sizing Guide

General guide to choosing the best uniform size for you

When choosing your uniform size consider the following: Height, Build and Shrinkage*

For example, if you are 180cm tall and an average build you should fit a 5/180 uniform. If you are a thin/lean build then you should consider a 4/170 uniform. If you are a solid/stockybuild then you should consider a 6/190 uniform (it’s OK if the ties do not pull shut completely). Please note that in some cases you may need to alter the length of the sleeve and pant.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IT IS BETTER TO GET THE CORRECT SIZE RATHER THAN A BIGGER UNIFORM TO ALLOW FOR GROWTH.
