Attack: Swinging RH club with horizontal attack
Defender: Step in with RL as you double arm block to your left. (LH turned out blocking at wrist, RH closed fist driving boney forearm into the bicep)
RH cut to juglar as you wrap your LH arm over and trap the hand and club in your left armpit
Step RL back and rotate your body in a clockwise direction which should break the hold and strip the club. Turn back and face your attacker. Counter attack with club.
Attacker: Standing in conversation range, Reach out with LH and straight stab with RH
Defender: Evade the straight stab keeping your hips and stomach back, be aware on any slapping with arms to not expose your wrists. Drive your RH down on the angle diverting the incoming knife arm, your LH should be across your middle acting as a shield. At the same type as you divert the stabbing arm push through with your legs and run past their shoulder. Stay close to their shoulder and don’t go wide. Keep running.
