  3. LAS, Step in RL lunge reverse punch with RH to head, Step in LL LH reverse punch to head, Step LL back, RH outward block, Step RL back, LH outward block, Pull LH back to ribs and RH reverse punch, LAS.
  4. LAS, Step in RL lunge reverse punch with RH to head, Step in LL LH reverse punch to head, Step LL back, RH inward block, Step RL back, LH inward block, Pull LH back to ribs and RH reverse punch, LAS.

LAS, Step in RL groin kick followed by vertical RH hammer fist coming down to the head, Step in LL groin kick followed by LH vertical hammer fist coming down to head, Step LL back, cross block low, cross block high, double dragon punch, double uppercut, double bull punch, Step RL back, Cross block low, cross block high, double dragon punch, double upper cut, double bull punch, LAS.
